You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or violate applicable laws or regulations.

5. Healthcare Data and HIPAA

Where applicable, 5Axis Health Inc acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA and processes Protected Health Information solely in accordance with applicable Business Associate Agreements and law.

6. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from 5Axis Health Inc related to account activity, system alerts, security notifications, or support communications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Fees and Payment

If applicable, fees will be disclosed in advance and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
